raw food

So, I been raw food for 3weeks and then I had a potato cooked. Just a small breal and potatoes being tubers are quite powerful. I don't feel that I lost a lot but, I mean to get right back to it and I still feel very good. I've started sprouting alfalfa finally and its really high in calcium. I'm on a bit of a high right now and I think I need to be patient and in control of the energy more than anything. I'll do some strength training and see what kind of gains I can get with the green energ

Seasonal Appetite

Living in the valley--Phoenix, Arizona is beautiful and is always warm year round. I have noticed that in the summer months, when the temperature is high, my appetite wanes. Loading up on water seems to curb my appetite too. People do eat more lightly during the summer months--however, I am not interested in eating anything only drinking live fruit and green smoothies, and I am good to go. I do not feel sick or weak, but strong and energized.

No More Red and Green Boxes!

Two months ago I use to open my freezer and find nothing but red and green boxes of frozen vegetarian food that was high in salt, sugar, preservatives and a lot of other ingredients that I could not pronounce. My food had become someone else’s science project.
